Rental is per week from Saturday to Saturday with arrival at 16:00 and departure at 10:00 during the High Season. A deposit of 25% is requested at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable damage deposit of £200 is required when the balance is due. Please note that payment can be made in Euros.

The rental includes heating and all other utilities; bed linen; bath and beach towels.
For young children a cot, highchair, booster seat, bed guard, stair gates and changing mat are available. Baby-sitting can often be arranged on request.

Flights from the UK go from Stansted to Perpignan and Carcassonne; Southampton to Perpignan; Birmingham to Perpignan; Bristol to Girona; Bournemouth to Girona (Barcelona); Luton to Girona; Perpignan is 40 mins drive from the house; Girona is 1hr 45mins and Carcassonne 1hr 40mins. Ferries go to Bilbao as well as the usual cross channel ports. The drive from Bilbao is approx 9hrs and from northern France 12 hours.
